The CRM1/XPO1 Antibody (CAB0299) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. Exportin 1, also known as XPO1, is a protein involved in nuclear export of various molecules, including proteins and RNA. This antibody, developed through rabbit immunization, specifically targets Exportin 1 in human samples, allowing for efficient detection and analysis in Western blot experiments.Exportin 1 plays a crucial role in the regulation of gene expression and cellular signaling by controlling the transport of macromolecules between the nucleus and cytoplasm. Dysregulation of Exportin 1 has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, making it a promising target for therapeutic intervention.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse samples.

This cell-cycle-regulated gene encodes a protein that mediates leucine-rich nuclear export signal (NES)-dependent protein transport. The protein specifically inhibits the nuclear export of Rev and U snRNAs. It is involved in the control of several cellular processes by controlling the localization of cyclin B, MPAK, and MAPKAP kinase 2. This protein also regulates NFAT and AP-1.
