The GARS Monoclonal Antibody (CAB0651) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, generated in rabbits, exhibits high specificity and sensitivity towards GARS protein, enabling accurate detection and quantification in various biological samples.GARS, also known as glycyl-tRNA synthetase, is vital for protein translation and plays a crucial role in maintaining cellular functions. Dysregulation of GARS has been linked to various neurological disorders, making it a promising target for therapeutic interventions. By utilizing the GARS Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody, researchers can delve deeper into the mechanisms underlying these diseases and develop targeted therapies to address them effectively.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human samples.

This gene encodes glycyl-tRNA synthetase, one of the aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases that charge tRNAs with their cognate amino acids. The encoded enzyme is an (alpha)2 dimer which belongs to the class II family of tRNA synthetases. It has been shown to be a target of autoantibodies in the human autoimmune diseases, polymyositis or dermatomyositis. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
