The GLI3 Antibody (CAB15613) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. Raised in rabbits, this antibody is optimized for use in Western blot applications and is highly reactive with human samples. By binding specifically to the GLI3 protein, this antibody enables accurate detection and analysis in a variety of cell types, making it ideal for investigations in developmental biology, oncology, and genetics research.GLI3 is a key regulator of cell growth, differentiation, and patterning during development, making it a crucial target for understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying disease pathogenesis.
This antibody is validated for use in IHC-P, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

This gene encodes a protein which belongs to the C2H2-type zinc finger proteins subclass of the Gli family. They are characterized as DNA-binding transcription factors and are mediators of Sonic hedgehog (Shh) signaling. The protein encoded by this gene localizes in the cytoplasm and activates patched Drosophila homolog (PTCH) gene expression. It is also thought to play a role during embryogenesis. Mutations in this gene have been associated with several diseases, including Greig cephalopolysyndactyly syndrome, Pallister-Hall syndrome, preaxial polydactyly type IV, and postaxial polydactyly types A1 and B.
