The GTF2H3 Antibody (CAB7188) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, is highly specific for human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications. By binding to the GTF2H3 protein, this antibody enables the detection and analysis of GTF2H3 in various cell types, making it an essential component for studies in molecular biology and cancer research.GTF2H3 is an essential subunit of the general transcription factor IIH complex, which plays a crucial role in the initiation of transcription and DNA repair mechanisms.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, IP, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse samples.

This gene encodes a member of the TFB4 family. The encoded protein is a subunit of the core-TFIIH basal transcription factor and localizes to the nucleus. The encoded protein is involved in RNA transcription by RNA polymerase II and nucleotide excision repair and associates with the Cdk-activating kinase complex. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. A related pseudogene has been identified on chromosome 14.
