The HIF1beta/ARNT Monoclonal Antibody (CAB19532) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, raised in rabbits, has high specificity and sensitivity for detecting HIF1beta and ARNT proteins in human samples, making it ideal for use in Western blot applications.HIF1beta, also known as the beta subunit of Hypoxia-Inducible Factor 1, forms a heterodimer with ARNT (Aryl Hydrocarbon Receptor Nuclear Translocator) to regulate the transcription of genes involved in oxygen homeostasis and response to low oxygen levels.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, IHC-P, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human samples.

This gene encodes a protein containing a basic helix-loop-helix domain and two characteristic PAS domains along with a PAC domain. The encoded protein binds to ligand-bound aryl hydrocarbon receptor and aids in the movement of this complex to the nucleus, where it promotes the expression of genes involved in xenobiotic metabolism. This protein is also a co-factor for transcriptional regulation by hypoxia-inducible factor 1. Chromosomal translocation of this locus with the ETV6 (ets variant 6) gene on chromosome 12 have been described in leukemias. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
