Human IL-17F ELISpot Kit

Assay Genie ELISpot is a highly specific immunoassay for the analysis of IL-17F production and secretion from T-cells at a single cell level in conditions closely comparable to the in-vivo environment with minimal cell manipulation. This technique is designed to determine the frequency of IL-17F producing cells under a given stimulation and the comparison of such frequency against a specific treatment or pathological state. Utilising sandwich immuno-enzyme technology, Assay Genie ELISpot assays can detect both secreted IL-17F (qualitative analysis) and single cells that produce IL-17F (quantitative analysis). Cell secreted IL-17F is captured by coated antibodies avoiding diffusion in supernatant, protease degradation or binding on soluble membrane receptors. After cell removal, the captured IL-17F is revealed by tracer antibodies and appropriate conjugates.

Human IL-17F ELISpot Kit

The Human IL-17F ELISPOT Kit is a cutting-edge assay designed for the precise detection of IL-17F levels in human immune responses. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, delivering consistent and conclusive results for a variety of research applications.IL-17F is a key cytokine involved in regulating inflammatory responses and immune cell activation. It plays a critical role in various autoimmune diseases, allergies, and infections, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing targeted treatments.

With its advanced technology and reliable performance, the Human IL-17F ELISPOT Kit is an essential tool for scientists and researchers looking to explore the complex mechanisms of immune regulation and inflammation in human health and disease.
