The IFNGR1 Antibody (CAB5748) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, exhibits high specificity and sensitivity when detecting IFNGR1 in human samples, making it an ideal choice for Western blot applications.IFNGR1 is a crucial component of the interferon gamma signaling pathway, which is essential for the immune system's ability to fight off pathogens and tumor cells. Dysregulation of this pathway has been linked to various diseases, including autoimmune disorders and certain types of cancer.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, IHC-P, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

This gene (IFNGR1) encodes the ligand-binding chain (alpha) of the gamma interferon receptor. Human interferon-gamma receptor is a heterodimer of IFNGR1 and IFNGR2. A genetic variation in IFNGR1 is associated with susceptibility to Helicobacter pylori infection. In addition, defects in IFNGR1 are a cause of mendelian susceptibility to mycobacterial disease, also known as familial disseminated atypical mycobacterial infection.
