The IGF2BP1 Antibody (CAB1517) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, generated in rabbits, shows high specificity and reactivity with human samples, making it suitable for Western blot applications. By binding to IGF2BP1, this antibody allows for accurate detection and analysis of the protein in various cell types, making it ideal for studies in molecular biology and cancer research.IGF2BP1, also known as insulin-like growth factor 2 mRNA-binding protein 1, is known for its role in regulating mRNA stability and translation, impacting cellular processes such as cell growth and differentiation.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, IHC-P, IF/ICC, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

This gene encodes a member of the insulin-like growth factor 2 mRNA-binding protein family. The protein encoded by this gene contains four K homology domains and two RNA recognition motifs. It functions by binding to the mRNAs of certain genes, including insulin-like growth factor 2, beta-actin and beta-transducin repeat-containing protein, and regulating their translation. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
