The IL31RA Antibody (CAB6141) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, raised in rabbits, is highly specific to human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications. By binding to IL31RA, this antibody allows for the detection and analysis of this important receptor in various cell types.IL31RA is involved in the regulation of inflammatory responses and has been implicated in conditions such as atopic dermatitis, allergic asthma, and other inflammatory skin disorders.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse samples.

The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the type I cytokine receptor family. This receptor, with homology to gp130, is expressed on monocytes, and is involved in IL-31 signaling via activation of STAT-3 and STAT-5. It functions either as a monomer, or as part of a receptor complex with oncostatin M receptor (OSMR). Several alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been noted for this gene.
