The Integrin beta 1 (ITGB1/CD29) Antibody (CAB2217) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, raised in rabbits, is highly specific to human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications. By binding to integrin beta 1, this antibody allows for the detection and analysis of this important protein in various cell types, making it ideal for studies in cell biology, developmental biology, and cancer research.Integrin beta 1 plays a crucial role in cell adhesion and signaling, mediating cell-to-cell and cell-to-extracellular matrix interactions.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, IF/ICC, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

Integrins are heterodimeric proteins made up of alpha and beta subunits. At least 18 alpha and 8 beta subunits have been described in mammals. Integrin family members are membrane receptors involved in cell adhesion and recognition in a variety of processes including embryogenesis, hemostasis, tissue repair, immune response and metastatic diffusion of tumor cells. This gene encodes a beta subunit. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants which encode different protein isoforms have been found for this gene.
