The KDM2B Antibody (CAB16017) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, exhibits high reactivity with human samples and is validated for Western blot applications. By binding to the KDM2B protein, this antibody enables precise detection and analysis in a variety of cell types, making it ideal for investigations in epigenetics, gene regulation, and cancer research.KDM2B, also known as FBXL10, plays a crucial role in chromatin remodeling and gene expression by removing methyl groups from histone proteins. Dysregulation of KDM2B has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, developmental disorders, and neurological conditions.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human samples.

This gene encodes a member of the F-box protein family which is characterized by an approximately 40 amino acid motif, the F-box. The F-box proteins constitute one of the four subunits of ubiquitin protein ligase complex called SCFs (SKP1-cullin-F-box), which function in phosphorylation-dependent ubiquitination. The F-box proteins are divided into 3 classes: Fbws containing WD-40 domains, Fbls containing leucine-rich repeats, and Fbxs containing either different protein-protein interaction modules or no recognizable motifs. The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the Fbls class. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for this gene, but the full-length nature of some variants has not been determined.
