The Moesin Monoclonal Antibody (CAB4915) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, is highly specific for Moesin in human samples and is suitable for a variety of applications, including Western blot and immunohistochemistry.Moesin is a key regulator of cell shape and movement, playing a role in processes such as cell adhesion, migration, and signaling. Dysregulation of Moesin has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer metastasis and inflammatory disorders.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, IHC-P, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

Moesin (for membrane-organizing extension spike protein) is a member of the ERM family which includes ezrin and radixin. ERM proteins appear to function as cross-linkers between plasma membranes and actin-based cytoskeletons. Moesin is localized to filopodia and other membranous protrusions that are important for cell-cell recognition and signaling and for cell movement.
