The MTMR14 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB21599) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, is highly specific to human samples and is optimized for use in Western blot applications. By binding to the MTMR14 protein, researchers can effectively detect and study its expression in different cell types, making it ideal for investigations in cell biology and disease research.MTMR14, also known as Myotubularin-related protein 14, is involved in regulating various cellular functions such as vesicle trafficking, autophagy, and lipid metabolism.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse samples.

This gene encodes a myotubularin-related protein. The encoded protein is a phosphoinositide phosphatase that specifically dephosphorylates phosphatidylinositol 3,5-biphosphate and phosphatidylinositol 3-phosphate. Mutations in this gene are correlated with autosomal dominant centronuclear myopathy. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants. A pseudogene of this gene is found on chromosome 18.
