The MTMR14 Antibody (CAB7480) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, generated in rabbits, exhibits high specificity and sensitivity towards human samples, making it ideal for use in Western blot and immunofluorescence applications.MTMR14, also known as myotubularin-related protein 14, is involved in the regulation of various cellular functions, including cell growth and survival. Dysregulation of MTMR14 has been linked to diseases such as cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, making it an important target for further research in these areas.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, IF/ICC, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

This gene encodes a myotubularin-related protein. The encoded protein is a phosphoinositide phosphatase that specifically dephosphorylates phosphatidylinositol 3,5-biphosphate and phosphatidylinositol 3-phosphate. Mutations in this gene are correlated with autosomal dominant centronuclear myopathy. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants. A pseudogene of this gene is found on chromosome 18.
