The NLRP11 Antibody (CAB12132) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, raised in rabbits, exhibits high reactivity with human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications.NLRP11 is a key player in the innate immune system, specifically in the activation of the inflammasome complex in response to pathogens and cellular stress. By targeting NLRP11 with this antibody, researchers can detect and analyze NLRP11 protein levels in various cell types, providing valuable insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying inflammation and immune responses.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human samples.

This gene is a member of the the NOD-like receptor protein (NLRP) gene family and encodes a protein with an N-terminal pyrin death (PYD) domain and nucleoside triphosphate hydrolase (NACHT) domain and a C-terminal leucine-rich repeats (LRR) region. This gene has been shown to regulate caspases in the proinflammatory signal transduction pathway and, based on studies of other members of the NLRP gene family with similar domain structure, is predicted to form part of the multiprotein inflammasome complex. Alternative splicing produces multiple transcript variants encoding distince isoforms.
