The NLRP12 Antibody (CAB6671) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. NLRP12, a member of the NLR family of proteins, is involved in the innate immune system and has been implicated in a variety of inflammatory conditions. This antibody, produced in rabbits, has been rigorously tested and validated for use in Western blot applications, providing reliable and accurate detection of NLRP12 in human samples.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human samples.

This gene encodes a member of the CATERPILLER family of cytoplasmic proteins. The encoded protein, which contains an N-terminal pyrin domain, a NACHT domain, a NACHT-associated domain, and a C-terminus leucine-rich repeat region, functions as an attenuating factor of inflammation by suppressing inflammatory responses in activated monocytes. Mutations in this gene cause familial cold autoinflammatory syndrome type 2. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
