The Phospho-GYS1-S641 Monoclonal Antibody (CABP1129) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. The protein encoded by this gene catalyzes the addition of glucose monomers to the growing glycogen molecule through the formation of alpha-1,4-glycoside linkages. Mutations in this gene are associated with muscle glycogen storage disease. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. RRID AB_2863997 Gene ID 2997 Swiss Prot Synonym GSY; GYS; Phospho-GYS1-S641
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse samples.
