The TAPP1 Monoclonal Antibody (CAB20941) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, has high reactivity with human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications. By binding specifically to TAPP1, this antibody enables the detection and analysis of TAPP1 in a variety of cell types, making it an essential tool for investigations in cell signaling and signal transduction research.TAPP1 is known to play a crucial role in regulating cellular processes such as cell proliferation, survival, and differentiation through its interaction with various intracellular signaling molecules.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

This gene encodes a pleckstrin homology domain-containing adapter protein. The encoded protein is localized to the plasma membrane where it specifically binds phosphatidylinositol 3,4-bisphosphate. This protein may be involved in the formation of signaling complexes in the plasma membrane. Polymorphisms in this gene are associated with age-related macular degeneration. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants. A pseudogene of this gene is found on chromosome 5.
