The POLR3F Antibody (CAB12224) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, generated in rabbits, is highly reactive with human samples and is validated for use in Western blot applications. It binds to the POLR3F protein, allowing for detection and analysis in various cell types, making it an excellent tool for studies in molecular biology and gene expression.POLR3F plays a critical role in the transcription of small non-coding RNAs, including tRNAs and 5S rRNA, essential for protein synthesis and cellular function.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

The protein encoded by this gene is one of more than a dozen subunits forming eukaryotic RNA polymerase III (RNA Pol III), which transcribes 5S ribosomal RNA and tRNA genes. This protein has been shown to bind both TFIIIB90 and TBP, two subunits of RNA polymerase III transcription initiation factor IIIB (TFIIIB). Unlike most of the other RNA Pol III subunits, the encoded protein is unique to this polymerase. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
