The WNT2 Antibody (CAB5864) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, generated in rabbits, specifically targets the Wnt-2 protein and is highly reactive with human samples, making it an ideal choice for Western blot applications.Wnt-2 is a member of the Wnt family of secreted glycoproteins that act as signaling molecules to regulate cell proliferation, differentiation, and tissue patterning. Dysregulation of the Wnt pathway has been implicated in a wide range of diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and developmental abnormalities.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, IHC-P, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

This gene is a member of the WNT gene family. The WNT gene family consists of structurally related genes which encode secreted signaling proteins. These proteins have been implicated in oncogenesis and in several developmental processes, including regulation of cell fate and patterning during embryogenesis. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been identified for this gene.
