The PUS1 Antibody (CAB8720) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, generated in rabbits, exhibits high reactivity with human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications. By binding specifically to the PUS1 protein, this antibody enables the detection and analysis of PUS1 in various cell types, making it suitable for investigations in RNA biology and molecular biology research.PUS1, a pseudouridine synthase, plays a crucial role in modifying RNA molecules by converting uridine residues to pseudouridine, thereby influencing RNA structure and function.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human samples.

This gene encodes a pseudouridine synthase that converts uridine to pseudouridine once it has been incorporated into an RNA molecule. The encoded enzyme may play an essential role in tRNA function and in stabilizing the secondary and tertiary structure of many RNAs. A mutation in this gene has been linked to mitochondrial myopathy and sideroblastic anemia. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
