The RAPSN Antibody (CAB6716) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, generated in rabbits, exhibits high reactivity with human samples and is validated for use in Western blot applications. By targeting the RAPSN protein, this antibody allows for the identification and analysis of RAPSN in various cell types, making it ideal for studies in neurobiology and neuromuscular diseases.RAPSN is essential for proper neuromuscular transmission and muscle function, making it a crucial target for research into conditions such as myasthenia gravis and congenital myasthenic syndromes.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, IHC-P, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

This gene encodes a member of a family of proteins that are receptor associated proteins of the synapse. The encoded protein contains a conserved cAMP-dependent protein kinase phosphorylation site, and plays a critical role in clustering and anchoring nicotinic acetylcholine receptors at synaptic sites by linking the receptors to the underlying postsynaptic cytoskeleton, possibly by direct association with actin or spectrin. Mutations in this gene may play a role in postsynaptic congenital myasthenic syndromes. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been observed for this gene.
