Human Chemokine (C-C Motif) Ligand 27 (CCL27) is a small cytokine that is a member of the CC chemokine family; it is expressed in numerous tissues, including gonads, thymus, placenta and skin. CCL27 binds to the chemokine receptor CCR10, which is found on T cells. CCL27 is primarily expressed in the skin and is linked with skin inflammation mediated by T cells. Human and Mouse CCL27 share 84% sequence identity in the mature form. Human CCL27 Recombinant Protein is a highly pure recombinant protein developed by Assay Genie for use in a range of applications.
