LRG1 belongs to the leucine-rich repeat (LRR) family. Protein-protein interactions, signal transduction, and cell adhesion and development are all activities of members of this family. LRG1 is expressed during granulocyte differentiation. It has four LIM zinc-binding modules and one Rho-GAP domain.
