The RUNX1T1 Antibody (CAB1737) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, raised in rabbits, is highly reactive with human samples and has been validated for use in various applications, including Western blot and immunohistochemistry. CBFA2T1 is known to interact with a variety of regulatory proteins involved in cell differentiation and proliferation, making it an essential target for studies in cancer research and developmental biology. Its role in transcriptional regulation and chromatin remodeling highlights its importance in understanding gene expression patterns and disease pathogenesis.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Rat samples.

This gene encodes a member of the myeloid translocation gene family which interact with DNA-bound transcription factors and recruit a range of corepressors to facilitate transcriptional repression. The t(8;21)(q22;q22) translocation is one of the most frequent karyotypic abnormalities in acute myeloid leukemia. The translocation produces a chimeric gene made up of the 5'-region of the runt-related transcription factor 1 gene fused to the 3'-region of this gene. The chimeric protein is thought to associate with the nuclear corepressor/histone deacetylase complex to block hematopoietic differentiation. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
