The RYR2 Antibody (CAB0298) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, exhibits high specificity and sensitivity towards human samples, making it a reliable tool for Western blot applications.RYR2 is a key player in the regulation of intracellular calcium release, particularly in cardiac muscle cells. Dysregulation of RYR2 has been linked to various cardiovascular diseases, including arrhythmias and heart failure.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, IHC-P, ELISA, IF-P applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

This gene encodes a ryanodine receptor found in cardiac muscle sarcoplasmic reticulum. The encoded protein is one of the components of a calcium channel, composed of a tetramer of the ryanodine receptor proteins and a tetramer of FK506 binding protein 1B proteins, that supplies calcium to cardiac muscle. Mutations in this gene are associated with stress-induced polymorphic ventricular tachycardia and arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia.
