The SEMA7A Antibody (CAB12039) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, has high reactivity with human samples and is validated for use in Western blot applications. By binding to Semaphorin 7A, this antibody enables researchers to detect and analyze this protein in various cell types, making it ideal for studies in immunology and cancer research.Semaphorin 7A is known for its role in immune regulation, specifically in modulating immune responses.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human samples.

This gene encodes a member of the semaphorin family of proteins. The encoded preproprotein is proteolytically processed to generate the mature glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored membrane glycoprotein. The encoded protein is found on activated lymphocytes and erythrocytes and may be involved in immunomodulatory and neuronal processes. The encoded protein carries the John Milton Hagen (JMH) blood group antigens. Mutations in this gene may be associated with reduced bone mineral density (BMD). Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants, at least one of which encodes an isoform that is proteolytically processed.
