The TBCC Antibody (CAB17537) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. Raised in rabbits, this antibody is highly reactive with human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications.TBCC, also known as Tubulin-specific Chaperone C, is essential for the proper assembly and function of microtubules, which are involved in various cellular functions such as cell division, intracellular transport, and cell shape maintenance.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, IF/ICC, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

Cofactor C is one of four proteins (cofactors A, D, E, and C) involved in the pathway leading to correctly folded beta-tubulin from folding intermediates. Cofactors A and D are believed to play a role in capturing and stabilizing beta-tubulin intermediates in a quasi-native confirmation. Cofactor E binds to the cofactor D/beta-tubulin complex; interaction with cofactor C then causes the release of beta-tubulin polypeptides that are committed to the native state.
