The TBX19 Antibody (CAB10481) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, generated in rabbits, exhibits high specificity and sensitivity when detecting TBX19 in human samples, making it ideal for use in Western blot applications.TBX19 plays a crucial role in the regulation of stress response and energy balance, making it an important target for research in endocrinology and neurobiology. Dysregulation of TBX19 has been implicated in various disorders, including Cushing's syndrome and adrenal insufficiency, highlighting the significance of understanding its function.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human samples.

This gene is a member of a phylogenetically conserved family of genes that share a common DNA-binding domain, the T-box. T-box genes encode transcription factors involved in the regulation of developmental processes. Mutations in this gene were found in patients with isolated deficiency of pituitary POMC-derived ACTH, suggesting an essential role for this gene in differentiation of the pituitary POMC lineage. ACTH deficiency is characterized by adrenal insufficiency symptoms such as weight loss, lack of appetite (anorexia), weakness, nausea, vomiting, and low blood pressure.
