The THRA Antibody (CAB5592) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, shows high reactivity with human THRA samples and is suitable for use in applications such as Western blotting. By selectively binding to the THRA protein, researchers can effectively study its role in regulating gene expression and physiological processes in various cell types.THRA is essential for thyroid hormone signaling, which plays a critical role in the regulation of metabolism, development, and growth.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, IHC-P, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

The protein encoded by this gene is a nuclear hormone receptor for triiodothyronine. It is one of the several receptors for thyroid hormone, and has been shown to mediate the biological activities of thyroid hormone. Knockout studies in mice suggest that the different receptors, while having certain extent of redundancy, may mediate different functions of thyroid hormone. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported.
