The TICAM1 Antibody (CAB13605) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, demonstrates high reactivity with human samples and is validated for use in Western blot applications. By binding specifically to the TICAM1 protein, this antibody enables precise detection and analysis in various cell types, making it an ideal choice for studies focusing on immunology and infectious diseases.TICAM1, also known as Toll/interleukin-1 receptor domain-containing adapter molecule 1, plays a crucial role in the activation of the innate immune system in response to microbial infections.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

This gene encodes an adaptor protein containing a Toll/interleukin-1 receptor (TIR) homology domain, which is an intracellular signaling domain that mediates protein-protein interactions between the Toll-like receptors (TLRs) and signal-transduction components. This protein is involved in native immunity against invading pathogens. It specifically interacts with toll-like receptor 3, but not with other TLRs, and this association mediates dsRNA induction of interferon-beta through activation of nuclear factor kappa-B, during an antiviral immune response. Mutations in this gene are associated with encephalopathy, acute, infection-induced.
