The TNFAIP3 Monoclonal Antibody (CAB19128) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, generated in rabbits, exhibits high specificity and sensitivity to TNFAIP3 protein in human samples, making it a reliable choice for Western blot analysis and immunohistochemistry studies.TNFAIP3, also known as A20, is a critical negative regulator of NF-κB signaling and pro-inflammatory cytokine production. Dysregulation of TNFAIP3 has been implicated in various autoimmune diseases, cancer, and inflammatory disorders. The TNFAIP3 Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody enables precise detection and quantification of TNFAIP3 expression levels in different cell types and tissues, providing valuable insights into the mechanisms of immune response modulation and inflammation regulation.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, IHC-P, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human samples.

This gene was identified as a gene whose expression is rapidly induced by the tumor necrosis factor (TNF). The protein encoded by this gene is a zinc finger protein and ubiqitin-editing enzyme, and has been shown to inhibit NF-kappa B activation as well as TNF-mediated apoptosis. The encoded protein, which has both ubiquitin ligase and deubiquitinase activities, is involved in the cytokine-mediated immune and inflammatory responses. Several transcript variants encoding the same protein have been found for this gene.
