The TPI1 Antibody (CAB2579) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. TPI1 is a key enzyme in glycolysis, a process essential for energy production in cells. This antibody, produced in rabbits, is highly specific to human TPI1 and has been validated for use in Western blot applications.TPI1 is involved in catalyzing the conversion of glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate to dihydroxyacetone phosphate, a critical step in glycolysis.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA, IF-P applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

This gene encodes an enzyme, consisting of two identical proteins, which catalyzes the isomerization of glyceraldehydes 3-phosphate (G3P) and dihydroxy-acetone phosphate (DHAP) in glycolysis and gluconeogenesis. Mutations in this gene are associated with triosephosphate isomerase deficiency. Pseudogenes have been identified on chromosomes 1, 4, 6 and 7. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
