The TRIM32 Antibody (CAB7079) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, generated in rabbits, exhibits high specificity and sensitivity when detecting Trim32 in human samples, making it ideal for Western blot applications.Trim32, also known as tripartite motif-containing protein 32, has been implicated in a variety of cellular functions, such as muscle differentiation and repair, as well as tumorigenesis. By targeting Trim32 with this polyclonal antibody, researchers can investigate its role in different cell types and gain insights into its potential implications in diseases such as cancer and muscular dystrophy.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family. The TRIM motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. The protein localizes to cytoplasmic bodies. The protein has also been localized to the nucleus, where it interacts with the activation domain of the HIV-1 Tat protein. The Tat protein activates transcription of HIV-1 genes.
