The TYMP Antibody (CAB1094) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. TYMP is an enzyme involved in pyrimidine metabolism and is known to play a role in angiogenesis and tumor progression. This antibody, raised in rabbits, is highly specific to human TYMP and is validated for use in Western blot applications.By binding to TYMP, this antibody allows for the detection and analysis of TYMP expression in different cell types, making it a versatile tool for studies in cancer biology, angiogenesis, and drug development.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Rat samples.

This gene encodes an angiogenic factor which promotes angiogenesis in vivo and stimulates the in vitro growth of a variety of endothelial cells. It has a highly restricted target cell specificity acting only on endothelial cells. Mutations in this gene have been associated with mitochondrial neurogastrointestinal encephalomyopathy. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants have been identified.
