The UBE2V2 Antibody (CAB6998) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, generated in rabbits, has been rigorously tested and validated for use in Western blot applications with human samples. By specifically binding to the UBE2V2 protein, this antibody allows for the detection and analysis of UBE2V2 in various cell types.UBE2V2 plays a crucial role in protein degradation and turnover within cells, making it a target of interest in cancer research and other diseases involving dysregulated protein metabolism.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, IHC-P, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

Ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2 variant proteins constitute a distinct subfamily within the E2 protein family. They have sequence similarity to other ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes but lack the conserved cysteine residue that is critical for the catalytic activity of E2s. The protein encoded by this gene also shares homology with ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2 variant 1 and yeast MMS2 gene product. It may be involved in the differentiation of monocytes and enterocytes.
