The WASF3 Antibody (CAB16274) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody is raised in rabbits and has been validated for use in Western blot applications, allowing for the detection and analysis of WASF3 in various cell types.WASF3 plays a critical role in the rearrangement of the actin cytoskeleton, which is essential for cellular processes such as cell motility and invasion. Dysregulation of WASF3 has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, where increased expression of WASF3 is associated with more aggressive tumor behavior.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

This gene encodes a member of the Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome protein family. The gene product is a protein that forms a multiprotein complex that links receptor kinases and actin. Binding to actin occurs through a C-terminal verprolin homology domain in all family members. The multiprotein complex serves to tranduce signals that involve changes in cell shape, motility or function. A pseudogene of this gene have been defined on chromosome 6. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants
