The WEE1 Monoclonal Antibody (CAB22275) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This monoclonal antibody, produced in mice, is highly specific for human samples and has been validated for use in a variety of applications, including Western blotting.Wee1 is a key protein involved in regulating the cell cycle by inhibiting the activity of cyclin-dependent kinases. Dysregulation of Wee1 has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, making it an important target for research in oncology. By utilizing the Wee1 Monoclonal Antibody, researchers can detect and analyze the expression of Wee1 in different cell types, providing valuable insights into its role in cell cycle control and potential therapeutic targeting.
This antibody is validated for use in IHC-P, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Mouse samples.

This gene encodes a nuclear protein, which is a tyrosine kinase belonging to the Ser/Thr family of protein kinases. This protein catalyzes the inhibitory tyrosine phosphorylation of CDC2/cyclin B kinase, and appears to coordinate the transition between DNA replication and mitosis by protecting the nucleus from cytoplasmically activated CDC2 kinase.
