The DLX5 Monoclonal Antibody (CAB5586) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, is highly specific for detecting DLX5 in human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications.DLX5 plays a key role in regulating gene expression during development, particularly in the formation of bones and teeth. Dysregulation of DLX5 has been implicated in various diseases, including craniofacial abnormalities and certain cancers.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human samples.

This gene encodes a member of a homeobox transcription factor gene family similiar to the Drosophila distal-less gene. The encoded protein may play a role in bone development and fracture healing. Mutation in this gene, which is located in a tail-to-tail configuration with another member of the family on the long arm of chromosome 7, may be associated with split-hand/split-foot malformation.
