The GCET2 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB19823) is a powerful tool for researchers studying GCET2, a protein involved in immune responses and inflammation. This antibody, raised in rabbits, has high specificity for human samples and is validated for use in Western blot applications. By binding to the GCET2 protein, this antibody enables accurate detection and analysis in a variety of cell types, making it ideal for immunology and cancer research studies.GCET2, also known as germinal center B-cell-expressed transcript 2, is a key player in immune regulation and may be implicated in various diseases, including cancer and autoimmune disorders.
By understanding the role of GCET2 in immune function, researchers can develop targeted therapies for these conditions. The GCET2 Polyclonal Antibody is a valuable tool for gaining insights into the mechanisms of immune regulation and inflammation, ultimately advancing our understanding of disease pathogenesis and treatment strategies.
Product Name:
GCET2 Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody
SKU:
CAB19823
Size:
20uL, 100uL
Isotype:
IgG
Host Species:
Rabbit
Reactivity:
Human,Mouse,Rat
Immunogen:
Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-178 of human GCET2 (Q8N6F7).
This gene encodes a protein which may function in signal transduction pathways and whose expression is elevated in germinal cell lymphomas. It contains a putative PDZ-interacting domain, an immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motif (ITAM), and two putative SH2 binding sites. In B cells, its expression is specifically induced by interleukin-4. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
