The MUSK Antibody (CAB2591) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. MuSK (Muscle-Specific Kinase) is a muscle-specific receptor tyrosine kinase that plays a key role in clustering acetylcholine receptors at the postsynaptic neuromuscular junction, regulating neuromuscular transmission. Mutations in this gene are associated with congenital myasthenic syndrome, and MuSK autoantibodies are found in a subset of myasthenia gravis patients.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Mouse samples.
