The MYH14 Antibody (CAB3690) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, is highly specific to human MYH14 samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications. By targeting the MYH14 protein, this antibody allows for the detection and analysis of MYH14 in a variety of cell types, making it an ideal choice for studies in cell biology and cancer research.MYH14, a member of the myosin superfamily of molecular motors, plays a crucial role in muscle contraction and cell movement processes.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Rat samples.

This gene encodes a member of the myosin superfamily. The protein represents a conventional non-muscle myosin; it should not be confused with the unconventional myosin-14 (MYO14). Myosins are actin-dependent motor proteins with diverse functions including regulation of cytokinesis, cell motility, and cell polarity. Mutations in this gene result in one form of autosomal dominant hearing impairment. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
