The ANXA3 Antibody (CAB12379) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, is specifically reactive with human samples and is validated for use in Western blot applications. It binds to the ANXA3 protein, allowing for the detection and analysis of ANXA3 in different cell types, making it suitable for studies in cancer research and cell biology.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Rat samples.

This gene encodes a member of the annexin family. Members of this calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding protein family play a role in the regulation of cellular growth and in signal transduction pathways. This protein functions in the inhibition of phopholipase A2 and cleavage of inositol 1,2-cyclic phosphate to form inositol 1-phosphate. This protein may also play a role in anti-coagulation.
