The ARMC10 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB21304) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, has high specificity for human samples and is validated for use in Western blotting applications. It binds to the ARMC10 protein, allowing for its detection and analysis in a variety of cell types.ARMC10, also known as Armadillo repeat containing 10, plays a crucial role in maintaining genomic stability and proper cell division.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human samples.

This gene encodes a protein that contains an armadillo repeat and transmembrane domain. The encoded protein decreases the transcriptional activity of the tumor suppressor protein p53 through direct interaction with the DNA-binding domain of p53, and may play a role in cell growth and survival. Upregulation of this gene may play a role in hepatocellular carcinoma. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been observed for this gene, and a pseudogene of this gene is located on the long arm of chromosome 3.
