The ATG9B Antibody (CAB7406) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, specifically targets the ATG9B protein, a key player in the autophagy pathway.ATG9B is involved in the formation and maintenance of autophagosomes, which are responsible for degrading and recycling cellular components. Dysfunction in autophagy has been linked to various diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and cancer. By targeting ATG9B with this antibody, researchers can visualize and analyze the protein's localization and expression levels in different cell types.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA, IF-P applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

This gene functions in the regulation of autophagy, a lysosomal degradation pathway. This gene also functions as an antisense transcript in the posttranscriptional regulation of the endothelial nitric oxide synthase 3 gene, which has 3' overlap with this gene on the opposite strand. Mutations in this gene and disruption of the autophagy process have been associated with multiple cancers. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
