The ATRIP Antibody (CAB7139) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody was raised in rabbits and exhibits high reactivity with human samples, making it an excellent choice for Western blot applications. By binding specifically to the ATRIP protein, this antibody enables accurate detection and analysis in a variety of cell types, making it ideal for studies in DNA repair, cell cycle regulation, and cancer research.ATRIP is a well-known sensor protein that plays a central role in activating the ATR kinase pathway in response to DNA damage.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse samples.

This gene encodes an essential component of the DNA damage checkpoint. The encoded protein binds to single-stranded DNA coated with replication protein A. The protein also interacts with the ataxia telangiectasia and Rad3 related protein kinase, resulting in its accumulation at intranuclear foci induced by DNA damage. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
