The ENO3 Antibody (CAB3852) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, raised in rabbits, is highly specific for human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications. By binding to beta-enolase, this antibody allows for the detection and analysis of the protein in various cell types, making it an ideal choice for studies in metabolism, cancer research, and neurological disorders.Beta-enolase is a key player in energy metabolism, making it essential for cell survival and function.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

This gene encodes one of the three enolase isoenzymes found in mammals. This isoenzyme is found in skeletal muscle cells in the adult where it may play a role in muscle development and regeneration. A switch from alpha enolase to beta enolase occurs in muscle tissue during development in rodents. Mutations in this gene have be associated glycogen storage disease. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described.
