The CEBPE Antibody (CAB8047) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, exhibits high reactivity towards human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications.CEBPE is involved in the differentiation and function of various immune cell types, including granulocytes and dendritic cells. By targeting the CEBPE protein, this antibody allows for the detection and analysis of CEBPE expression in a variety of cell types, making it an essential tool for immunology and cancer research studies.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse samples.

The protein encoded by this gene is a bZIP transcription factor which can bind as a homodimer to certain DNA regulatory regions. It can also form heterodimers with the related protein CEBP-delta. The encoded protein may be essential for terminal differentiation and functional maturation of committed granulocyte progenitor cells. Mutations in this gene have been associated with Specific Granule Deficiency, a rare congenital disorder. Multiple variants of this gene have been described, but the full-length nature of only one has been determined.
