The DDOST Antibody (CAB9056) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, has been extensively validated for use in Western blot applications and is highly reactive with human samples. The DDoST antibody specifically targets the DDoST protein, allowing for precise detection and analysis in a variety of cell types. Its versatility makes it perfect for investigations in immunology and cancer research, as DDoST is known to play a crucial role in immune response modulation and inflammation regulation.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, IHC-P, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

This gene encodes a component of the oligosaccharyltransferase complex which catalyzes the transfer of high-mannose oligosaccharides to asparagine residues on nascent polypeptides in the lumen of the rough endoplasmic reticulum. The protein complex co-purifies with ribosomes. The product of this gene is also implicated in the processing of advanced glycation endproducts (AGEs), which form from non-enzymatic reactions between sugars and proteins or lipids and are associated with aging and hyperglycemia.
