The Endo G Monoclonal Antibody (CAB8801) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, exhibits high specificity and sensitivity towards human samples, making it ideal for use in a variety of research applications including immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry.Endoglin is a key player in TGF-beta signaling pathways, regulating cell proliferation, migration, and differentiation. Dysregulation of Endoglin has been implicated in various diseases including cancer, cardiovascular disorders, and hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

The protein encoded by this gene is a nuclear encoded endonuclease that is localized in the mitochondrion. The encoded protein is widely distributed among animals and cleaves DNA at GC tracts. This protein is capable of generating the RNA primers required by DNA polymerase gamma to initiate replication of mitochondrial DNA.
